Our refund and cancellation terms

At ZeroStaff, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI solutions that drive value for your business. Due to the nature of our service — which includes platform access, provisioning of AI agents, and real-time system resources — all payments are non-refundable once service begins.
Refund Terms
- •Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
- •Annual Plans: Refunds are not provided for unused time. If you choose to cancel early, your subscription will remain active through the end of the paid term.
- •30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (if offered): First-time customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of their initial payment if they are not satisfied. This applies only to eligible standard plans and does not include enterprise or custom plans.
- •Enterprise & Custom Solutions: All enterprise contracts are final upon execution. Due to the upfront customization and resource allocation, no refunds will be granted once development or onboarding has begun.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in cases of:
- •Verified technical failures that prevented service use.
- •Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- •Cases where ZeroStaff explicitly fails to deliver contracted services.

Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our team to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account.
